A listed seating manufacturer from the chair town of China

We started in 1998 making office chairs in Anji — a county that became China's chair-manufacturing cluster, with the whole supply chain for mesh, foam, gas lifts and bases packed into a small area. Growing up inside that ecosystem is the simplest explanation for why we can quote competitively and still control quality: the parts we depend on are made next door, not shipped in.

Over the years the business widened from office chairs into sofas, massage chairs and other health seating, and grew through acquisitions across the furniture world. Listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017 changed how we operate more than how we make chairs — our accounts are public, our processes are audited annually, and a buyer can verify who they are dealing with before sending a deposit.

What being a public company means for buyers

It is easy to overstate this, so here is the plain version. A listing does not make a chair better. What it does is remove a class of risk: there is a traceable, regulated entity behind the order, financials are filed, and there is no incentive to disappear after a bad container. For importers who have been burned by a workshop that vanished, that matters more than a glossy brochure.

Where we are honest about our limits

We do not publish certificate numbers we cannot stand behind. Our products are built to European, American and Japanese procurement standards, and we arrange CE, SGS or BIFMA testing per order — but we will not claim a blanket "certified" status we cannot show you. If your market needs a specific mark, tell us early and we will scope the testing into the programme rather than promise it exists.
